Can you present ProTenders and its vision?

Why did you decide to sponsor The Big 5?

As a Gold sponsor in 2018, ProTenders had witnessed great exposure to the brand and its products through The Big 5 Show. The platform successfully generated qualified leads who then became customers of the platform. The exposure as a Gold Sponsor provided ProTenders with online, offline and broadcast exposure that helped build our brand identity to over 68,000 construction professionals.
We were also able to connect with international suppliers, consultants and other organisations through the show. The show indeed supported us by meeting the region’s top buyers and distributors to generate opportunities. Hence, our decision to seeing another successful participation as sponsors this year​.

What is your opinion on being part of trade shows in today’s digital age?

Being part of trade shows promotes brand awareness to thousands from across the region and internationally. It’s the ideal platform for industry experts to network in a setting that promotes business awareness. For participating companies, especially, they have the opportunity for face to face interactions with a potential of tapping into that market through these interactions which otherwise would seem challenging - if an organisation were keen to expand internationally.

Why is it important to do business in the Gulf region? What is unique about it compared to other regions?

The Gulf region has several interesting upcoming projects and is constantly developing with some of the world’s first and largest projects. At the heart of innovation and constant new developments, project data for these are limited, and this poses a challenge in terms of project updates and potential contract wins.

About The Big 5

The Big 5 is the region’s largest and most influential event for the construction industry.

Since 1979, the event has launched hundreds of thousands of products boosting the expansion of the Middle East and African markets. It has facilitated partnerships, advanced knowledge and industry best practices, while serving as the gateway for international companies to access the region.
